Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Therapy

Pregnancy and postpartum can be joyful, challenging, disorienting, and isolating — sometimes all in the same week. I provide perinatal mood and anxiety therapy to support clients with:

  • Perinatal anxiety, depression, and OCD

  • Postpartum adjustment

  • Overwhelm, guilt, and identity shifts

  • Balancing motherhood with work, relationships, and self-care

The overwhelm you’re feeling is normal. You deserve a space where you’re not judged for your feelings and where your experience is truly understood. We’ll work together to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and figure out what would make your life easier.

Life Transitions & Problem-Solving Therapy

Change can be hard to deal with- even if it's a good change. Life transitions refer to any big change that might happen in our lives- whether it’s anticipated or sprung upon us. Maybe it’s becoming a parent for the first time, or losing a parent. Maybe it’s graduating college and feeling lost or direction-less.

Whether you’re navigating a new job, a move, relationship changes, early adulthood challenges, or you’re just feeling stuck, we’ll work through obstacles and build strategies to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and fulfilled.

What Makes My Approach Different

I don’t believe in being a passive participant in the therapy relationship. I’m active, engaged, and invested in helping you reach your goals. My approach is empathetic and straightforward. Together, we’ll problem solve, break old patterns, learn healthier coping strategies, and move toward the very best version of yourself.
