  • Therapy is for anyone! Whether you’re hoping to address a specific problem or you’re looking to increase your well being, you are in the right place. In order for you to see if therapy with me is a good fit for you, I offer a complimentary consultation phone call.

  • I am in-network with Aetna.

    For all other insurances, I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement based on your plan’s out of network benefits.

  • Each 50 minute session is $165. This includes the initial session.

  • The duration of therapy varies from individual to individual. Therapy can be short-term or open-ended in duration. We’ll discuss your goals and determine a plan that works for your needs and pace.

  • At this time, almost all of my sessions are conducted through telehealth virtual visits. Virtual therapy provides flexibility and comfort while maintaining the same level of support. I utilize a HIPPA compliant, secure video platform that is very easy to use. I offer in-person sessions in limited cases.

  • We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and how I can support you. During this session, we will begin to develop goals for therapy. Prior to your first appointment, you will be prompted to complete my new client paperwork via a secure client portal.
